As a Junior IT Consultant, you will support our clients in the analysis, optimization, and digitalization of business and communication processes. Together, we develop solutions in the areas of output management, customer communications management (CCM), document processes, and modern enterprise technologies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analysis and optimization of business and document processes
• Support in the design and implementation of digital solutions
• Creation of functional and IT concepts
• Work on client projects from requirements gathering to implementation
• Support the implementation and further development of output management and CCM solutions
• Coordinate project tasks and liaise with clients and project teams
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
• Passion for digital solutions and modern IT technologies
• Fundamental technical understanding and a strong affinity for IT
• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or another STEM field, or equivalent IT-related training
• Initial knowledge of programming, data processing, or IT systems is an advantage
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong willingness to learn and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
