Modernizing an established document and template landscape in a regulated banking environment. Existing legacy text systems (DocFamily assentis) and Word VBA-based templates were migrated to a modern OpenText Communications / Cloud Native environment as part of the transformation. The focus was on transitioning established document processes and templates into a future-proof platform while accounting for existing business and technical requirements.

Outcome
The existing legacy and Word VBA-based document landscape was migrated to a modern OpenText Communications / Cloud Native environment. This established the technological foundation for modernized document creation and replaced the legacy landscape with a current cloud-native platform.
