S/4HANA Output Management in the utility sector

Support for a strategic S/4HANA transformation program in the utility sector with a focus on output management and document-related business processes. The goal was the early integration of all relevant requirements for customer communication, document creation, and output processes into the target architecture. Business and technical dependencies between SAP S/4HANA, business processes, and output management were analyzed, structured, and incorporated into program management.
