From StreamServe to OpenText Exstream
Project description
Migration of a business-critical output management landscape in the energy sector from legacy form and document systems to a modern OpenText platform. The project included the analysis of existing document processes, the development and enhancement of forms, and technical integration into the existing SAP system landscape. The entire transformation process was supported from architecture and conceptual design through development, testing, and quality assurance to a successful go-live.
Scope
• Analysis of the existing output management and forms landscape

• Data stream analysis and adaptation of XML and RDI-based interfaces

Outcome
Modernization of output management, reduction of technical complexity, and creation of a scalable foundation for a subsequent migration to OpenText Exstream, while maintaining all business-critical document processes.
